Ukuhlukaniswa kwensimbi engagqwali

Kunezinhlobo ezinhlanu eziyisisekelo zeinsimbi engagqwali:i-austenitic, i-ferritic, i-martensitic, i-duplex, kanye nokuqina kwemvula.

(1) Izinsimbi ezingenasici ze-Austenitic azizona zikazibuthe, futhi amamaki ensimbi amele angu-18% engezwe i-chromium kanye nenani elithile le-nickel elingeziwe ukukhulisa ukumelana nokugqwala.Zisetshenziswa kabanzi amamaki ensimbi.

(2) I-Ferrite iyizibuthe, futhi isici se-chromium iwukuqukethwe kwayo okuyinhloko, ngengxenye engu-17%.Le nto inokumelana okuhle ne-oxidation.

(3) Insimbi engagqwali ye-Martensitic nayo ingakazibuthe, okuqukethwe kwe-chromium kuvame ukuba ngu-13%, futhi iqukethe ingxenye efanelekile yekhabhoni, engenziwa lukhuni ngokucisha kanye nokushiswa.

(4) Insimbi engagqwali e-Duplex inesakhiwo esixubile se-ferrite ne-austenite, okuqukethwe kwe-chromium kuphakathi kuka-18% no-28%, futhi okuqukethwe kwe-nickel kuphakathi kuka-4.5% no-8%.Ziyakwazi ukumelana kakhulu ne-chloride corrosion.Imiphumela emihle.

(5)Okuqukethwe okuvamile kwe-chromium kunsimbi engagqwali yemvula ingu-17, futhi inani elithile le-nickel, ithusi ne-niobium liyengezwa, elingaqiniswa imvula nokuguga.

Ngokusho kwesakhiwo se-metallographic, ingahlukaniswa ibe:

(1)Insimbi engagqwali ye-Ferritic (uchungechunge lwama-400), i-chromium insimbi engagqwali, ikakhulukazi imelwe i-Gr13, G17, Gr27-30;

(2)Insimbi engagqwali ye-Austenitic (uchungechunge lwe-300), i-chromium-nickel insimbi engagqwali, ikakhulukazi emelwe yi-304, 316, 321, njll.;

(3)Insimbi engagqwali ye-Martensitic (uchungechunge lwama-200), insimbi engagqwali ye-chromium-manganese, okuqukethwe kwekhabhoni ephezulu, imelelwa kakhulu yi-1Gr13, njll.
